Cleaning Guide
Nathalie Blanc House is committed to the longevity of its models and offers some tips to preserve the appearance of this precious everyday object and maintain clear vision.
WEARING
To maintain the custom fit of your glasses, grasp them by the temples, as close to the hinges as possible, always using both hands.
Avoid wearing your glasses on top of your head, as this could unduly spread the temples, weaken or distort the hinges, or cause them to fall off.
STORAGE
Store your glasses in a hard case to protect them from scratches, impacts, and dust.
DAILY CLEANING
Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe lenses and frame.
Rinse with clear water to remove dust and dirt.
Never use paper tissues, paper towels, or other rough fabrics that could scratch the lenses.
AVOID ABRASIVE AND CORROSIVE PRODUCTS
Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol, ammonia, or other abrasive substances.
Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as hairspray, perfumes, lotions, or dyes, as they can alter the appearance of the frame.
AVOID SALTY WATER AND SWIMMING POOLS
Do not immerse your glasses in salt or chlorinated water, as this can damage the hinges, metallic finish, and alter the appearance of the acetate material.
AVOID EXCESSIVE HEAT
Do not leave your glasses in places exposed to excessive heat, such as a car dashboard. Heat can warp your frame, cause burns, or alter the appearance of your lenses.
